Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in analyzing, designing, coding, testing and implementing technical storage solutions and providing production support.
• 5 years of technical problem solving, solution implementation, and cross-team collaboration.
• 5 years of CS concepts and OS, development languages/scripting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, test, implement and automate technical IT storage solutions.
• Provide production monitoring and storage capacity management support.
• Assist in data backup, recovery, disaster recovery and cyber recovery testing.
• Collaborate on storage architectures to align with enterprise goals and standards.
• Gather requirements from IT, product, analytics and business teams to deliver storage solutions.
• Monitor progress against schedules and report issues to leadership.
• Document technical processes and procedures and participate in knowledge sharing.
