Job summary

enGen is seeking a storage-focused engineer to join our IT team. The role supports design, development, and maintenance of technical storage solutions, ensuring performance, reliability, and alignment with enterprise goals.

You will collaborate with infrastructure, networks, applications, and analytics teams to implement scalable storage architectures. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in storage engineering, experience with NetApp ONTAP, backup and disaster recovery, and familiarity with cloud

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS or related field is required.
5 years of experience in analyzing, designing, coding, testing and implementing technical storage solutions.
Preferred: 7 years managing enterprise storage platforms and healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

Analyze, design, test, implement, and automate technical IT storage solutions.
Provide production monitoring and storage capacity management.
Assist in data backup, recovery, disaster recovery, and cyber recovery testing.
Collaborate on storage architectures to align with enterprise goals and standards.
Document processes and participate in knowledge sharing.
