Job summary

ArcSource Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Operations Analyst to provide technical and strategic support to the PMO on the DoD PIEE program.

This full-time role is fully remote/telework with required Active Secret Clearance, based in Columbia, MD, or remote in the US. The candidate will coordinate enterprise IT projects, monitor critical systems, and lead incident response while applying ITIL, ServiceNow, JIRA, and Confluence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years coordinating IT projects with customer-facing solutions.
• 5-7 years cloud platform experience; AWS preferred.
• 2-3 years SDLC support for custom software.
• Proficient with ITIL processes and tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence).
• Working knowledge of OSI, APIs, PKI, SFTP, and disaster recovery.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, manage, and lead enterprise IT projects for customer-facing systems.
• Maintain situational awareness of critical IT systems and deployments.
• Coordinate incident response activities and root cause analysis.
• Support SDLC and cloud operational activities.
• Apply ITIL processes to IT operations and project activities.
• Collaborate with government stakeholders and customers remotely.
