Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT governance, with risk and compliance experience.
• 1–2 years in AI governance exposure preferred.
• Hands-on with NIST and NAIC frameworks and governance forums.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert on IT governance, controls, and risk management for leaders and business areas.
• Drive improvements to the software development lifecycle, including documentation and control implementation.
• Oversee and coordinate IT audits with internal teams and external firms.
• Identify systemic IT control weaknesses and remediation actions.
• Create and manage IT risk management processes, policies, and controls.
• Lead complex IT process change initiatives with cross-division impact.
