Job summary
Paradigm Technology is seeking a Manager, IT Consulting who will lead hands-on Informatica delivery across the IDMC suite, driving data governance, quality, integration and MDM initiatives for client engagements. Qualifications
- 7+ years in hands-on Informatica delivery (building, not just directing).
- 2+ years in a lead consultant or technical lead capacity.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on design, configuration and build across the Informatica IDMC suite.
- Lead AI-augmented delivery including AI-assisted data classification, mapping generation and testing.
- Consulting & client engagement as the senior technical voice in workshops and reviews.
- Light-touch project leadership: scope, timeline and dependencies using standard PM tools.
- Mentor consultants through pairing and code/mapping/rule review.
