Job summary

CLA is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our Enterprise IT Team. The Sr.

IT Business Analyst will translate business needs into technical requirements for modification, implementation, or conversion of business systems or processes, while ensuring alignment with business objectives. They will interact with IT architects, business users, Managers, Principals, and external vendors, with an option to work from home.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in business analysis or IT business analysis.
Experience facilitating stakeholder interviews, discovery workshops, and requirements gathering sessions.
Experience documenting business processes, workflows, and functional requirements.

Responsibilities

Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions, process discovery workshops, and stakeholder interviews across business and technology teams.
Gather, document, analyze, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements.
Translate business needs into actionable user stories, requirements documentation, and technical specifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies.
Produce timely, high-quality requirements-related deliverables, including documents, flows, use cases, and mockups.
Partner with business leaders and IT teams to develop business cases and support project prioritization.
