  • Lead efforts to raise capital across active offerings, with a focus on individual and family office investors.
  • Own a book of investor relationships and cultivate new ones through strategic outreach and referrals.
  • Guide prospective investors through the full investment lifecycle — from introduction to funding.
  • Participate in or lead investor webinars, one-on-one calls, and in-person events.
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership on tailored messaging and campaigns.
  • Track, manage, and report on pipeline activity and capital commitments.
  • Provide market and investor feedback to leadership to help refine offerings and strategy.
  • Partner with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Help develop and refine pitch materials, investor presentations, and talking points.
  • Support the growth and development of junior IR team members through coaching and best practices.
  • Represent the IR function in cross-functional internal meetings as a senior team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, accounting, finance, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • 5–10 years of experience in investor relations, capital raising, or private wealth management.
  • Demonstrated success raising capital from accredited investors, RIAs, or family offices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Deep understanding of real estate private equity, alternative investments, or financial products.
  • Proficient in CRMs and investor platforms (e.g., AppFolio, HubSpot).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates initiative, leadership, and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and committed to continuous improvement, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced team setting
