Base pay range

$73,600.00/yr - $138,000.00/yr

The role:

We are setting out to build a best-in-class Investor Relations function at SoFi. This means providing clear, insightful communications to the financial markets and delivering exceptional service to our investors, analysts and executive management team. As an Associate on the Investor Relations team, you will be the engine that makes our team run with maximum efficiency. This unique position will put you at the heart of the company, offering the opportunity to learn about the company’s strategy and mission and to work with colleagues at all levels from across the organization. You will develop an understanding of financial markets and interact with the company’s investors and analysts. To be successful in this role, you will draw from your exceptional organizational and project management skills, your strong written and verbal communications skills, and your high degree of ownership and personal accountability.

What you’ll do:
  • Work with the Head of Investor Relations to build and execute a best-in-class investor relations program.
  • Plan and coordinate investor meetings, roadshows and other unique events.
  • Create meeting preparation documents for executive management and ensure meetings run smoothly.
  • Take ownership of team processes and operations and identify opportunities to be more efficient.
  • Manage the investor relations calendar and inbox, assisting with responses to investor inquiries.
  • Maintain company’s shareholder list.
  • Assist with regulatory filings and disclosures.
  • Support the production of materials including content development and ensuring all information is accurate.
  • Interact with other internal groups including Finance, Legal and Compliance and Business Units as well as executive assistant and chiefs of staff.
  • Maintain accuracy of external Investor Relations website content and adding necessary information to SoFi public site.
What you’ll need:
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptionally strong attention to detail, organizational skills and project management skills; ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • An ability to build strong cross functional relationships and to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • A professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive, non-public information.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability and willingness to work on periodic time-sensitive projects that may require attention outside of typical business hours.
  • Strong Google Suite and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other relevant field.
  • Investor relations experience is a plus.
