Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications.

• Autonomy, sound judgement, and accountability in outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the internal communications strategy and roadmap for Engineering, VGS, and other business functions.
• Advise senior executives and leaders on messaging, risks, and engagement approaches.
• Lead development of executive communications, talking points, and leadership updates.
• Coach and develop junior communications staff and manage portfolio deliverables.
• Ensure governance, standards, and channels support consistent employee communications.
