Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Intelligence Automation team, building pipelines, storage systems, and presentation layers for analysts and researchers. You will work on large-scale data processing and contribute to our AI-native platform.

You will design and maintain production-grade services, collaborate with distributed teams, and help drive decisions with scalable solutions and strong coding skills in Go and Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Demonstrated multi-year experience in software engineering
• Experience in developing scalable, distributed and production-grade services
• Proficiency in Linux and containers
• Proficiency in hands-on coding in multiple programming languages
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database systems
• Knowledge of cloud technologies
• Ability to maintain and improve existing Go and Python code bases
• Ability to communicate technical detail to management, customers, and peers
• Ability to independently make sound, justifiable decisions and take action
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work independently and meet deadlines
• Ability to work on a geographically distributed and diverse team
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making and efficiency

Responsibilities

• Integrate into the Intelligence team and gather requirements from Analysts as internal customers
• Maintain long-term maintenance of both new and legacy systems
• Autonomously develop requirements based on various mission statements or technical specs
• Develop systems and balance rapid development with scalability and performance
