Job summary

IBM is seeking a Senior Integrations Engineer to design, build, and support Workato-based integrations across core enterprise systems such as Salesforce and NetSuite. You will own end-to-end integration workstreams, translate business needs into technical specs, and partner with stakeholders to ensure reliable data flow and scalable solutions.

In this role, you will tackle complex integration challenges, implement robust error handling, and improve observability and reusability across recipes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in business systems, enterprise integrations, or automation engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Workato or similar iPaaS tools.
• Strong understanding of streaming patterns, asynchronous processing, and event-driven integration concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and support Workato recipes and related integrations across systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, and other business applications.
• Translate complex business needs into clear technical specifications and implementation plans.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, handle errors/debugging, and improve reliability, observability, and reusability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, communicate trade-offs, and keep stakeholders informed.
