Job summary

Digile is seeking a Data & Workato Engineer to lead automation between Workday and enterprise systems. You design, build, and maintain recipes to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

You will design Workato workflows, integrate via REST/SOAP APIs and webhooks, and optimize mappings for data integrity while collaborating with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Integration Engineer or Developer using Workato.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday (HCM) integration points.
• Solid understanding of API structures, JSON, and data formats.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced enterprise environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Data & Workato Engineer (Fabric & Integration Engineer)

Duration: 12 Months+ contract to hire.

We are looking for a Workato Engineer to lead the automation of business processes between Workday and our enterprise systems. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining "recipes" that ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Workato recipes to automate workflows between Workday and other corporate like Dell boomi platforms.
• Build custom integrations using APIs (REST/SOAP) and webhooks.
• Optimize data mapping and transformations to ensure data integrity across systems.
• Troubleshoot and monitor active integrations to ensure high availability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical automations.
• Somebody who can code in .NET
• Experience in Integration in Workday & Workato
