Job summary

We Are Legal Revolution in Manhattan, NY (Remote) seeks an Insurance Defense Partner to lead high-exposure matters for Fortune 500 insureds and national carriers. You will run strategy from pre-trial to resolution, with first-chair or second-chair trial experience and direct dialogue with clients.

The selected candidate will bring 8+ years of post-bar insurance defense, hold a NY bar admission, and manage a docket and catastrophe-response files while enjoying partner-level compensation

Qualifications

• JD and active New York bar.
• 8+ years post-bar insurance defense with Counsel/Partner title or senior associate running files.
• Experience on high-exposure matters.

Responsibilities

• Run high-exposure construction, products, transportation, and GL matters from strategy through resolution.
• First-chair or second-chair trial and dispositive motions.
• Direct client contact with national carriers and corporate insureds.
• Staff and supervise a docket, including catastrophic-response files.

Base Salary:

$225K–$275K, depending on book and experience

Practice:

Partner or senior lateral to run high-exposure construction, products, transportation, and general liability for Fortune 500 insureds and national carriers.

Our client is an AV-rated national defense firm whose rates support partner compensation most insurance shops cannot match. The book is institutional: Fortune 500 entertainment and construction names, national carriers, catastrophic-response work. About 80% of current partners started at the firm. They will also hire a lateral who can hold a docket on day one.
