The role leads defense of high-stakes liability matters for insurers and self-insured clients, with a base salary up to $200,000 and a discretionary year-end bonus. Expect growth, mentorship, and a possible future partner track.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Expertise in trucking, auto, premises liability, or similar liability defense.
• Strong client service focus, communication skills, and stability (no frequent job changes).

Responsibilities

• Manage a focused docket of 15–35 active liability files (trucking/auto/premises).
• Handle defense from intake through resolution: hearings, depositions, mediations, inspections.
• Maintain ~160 billable hours/month average.
• Collaborate remotely while staying connected to the team.
