We Are Legal Revolution in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced attorney to join our insurance defense practice. You will manage matters through all phases of litigation, work directly with clients and partners, and exercise autonomy from day one.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of insurance defense experience, strong writing, deposition and motion skills, and the ability to independently manage a litigation caseload.

Qualificações

• 5 years of insurance defense litigation experience.
• Strong writing, deposition, and motion practice skills.
• Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload.

Responsabilidades

• Manage insurance defense matters through all phases of litigation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
• Develop litigation strategy while working directly with clients and partners.
