Qualifications

• Active license as a Pharmacy Technician where required by state law (NV/TX/AZ).
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB).
• Minimum 3+ years as a Pharmacy Technician.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated population of Bleeding Disorders and Alpha1 patients with high-touch case management.
• Onboard new patients with education, therapy initiation, and continuity of care.
• Coordinate with pharmacists, prescribers, nurses, sales, supply chain and infusion teams for coordinated patient care.
• Assist with scheduling and coordination of treatments in the Ambulatory Infusion Suite or outpatient settings.
• Enter and process prescriptions from intake through order completion; verify demographics and insurance.
• Review, prioritize, and monitor prescriptions and claims processing status.
