Job summary

Matter Labs is looking for a Senior Infrastructure Security Engineer to enhance our security posture within the organization. Your role will involve securing our corporate and production infrastructure that powers ZKsync, focusing on identity, endpoint, and detection-and-response measures.

This position calls for someone experienced with cloud-based identity platforms and security incident response. Join our fully remote team and contribute to protecting an open-source ecosystem on Ethereum L2.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on infrastructure or detection-and-response security experience.
• Production experience securing a cloud-based identity and collaboration platform at scale.
• Experience with modern SIEM and SOAR, writing detections and building response playbooks.
• Strong cloud security background, including IAM and network controls.

Responsibilities

• Own the security configuration of our identity and collaboration stack.
• Build, tune, and maintain detections for incidents.
• Harden cloud footprint and review Infrastructure as Code.
• Lead and participate in security incident investigations.
