Job summary

Golden 1 Credit Union is seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst to lead vulnerability management, threat detection, incident response, and risk mitigation. You will partner with IT and business teams to strengthen controls and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will mentor teammates, drive secure configurations, and manage security monitoring across on-premises and cloud environments while aligning with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS / MIS / Information Security or equivalent.
• 5+ years managing, configuring, administering network/OS software (Microsoft, Linux) and related hardware.
• 3+ years in organizational information security or security consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead vulnerability management and coordinate remediation across computing environments.
• Support threat hunting and security incident response with IT teams.
• Provide consultative security oversight for projects ensuring policies and standards are met.
• Define and evaluate security system requirements for internal/external environments.
• Collaborate with IT Development to monitor on-premises and cloud systems.
