Humana Inc. is seeking a Senior Informaticist to partner across business, operations, technology, and analytics teams. You will translate complex questions into analytical frameworks, investigate drivers of performance, and deliver grounded recommendations that shape measurable outcomes.

This remote role requires expertise in healthcare analytics, SQL, Python, and BI tools, with 5+ years of experience. Travel may be required for training or meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 5+ years solving complex business problems through analytics, operations, strategy, consulting, informatics, engineering, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking with the ability to synthesize data from diverse sources.
• Experience presenting complex findings to senior leaders and influencing decisions.

Responsabilités

• Lead complex projects from problem identification through recommendation, implementation, and measurement of results.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.
• Synthesize information from multiple data sources, partners, and processes to identify causes and solution opportunities.
• Communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
• Develop analytical frameworks, business cases, and decision-support tools for informed decisions.
