Job summary

Talent Groups is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Management Analyst to join our IT team. The role blends deep SCM knowledge with Infor FSM CloudSuite expertise to configure, implement, and support SCM modules across procurement, contracts, warehouse, and master data.

You will lead documentation, testing (unit and UAT), data migration efforts, and end-user training, while collaborating with Supply Chain and IT stakeholders to optimize solutions and ensure secure, compliant systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SCM/ERP systems.
• Experience with Infor FSM CloudSuite preferred.
• Experience in system integration and data migration.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support Infor FSM modules (Supply Requisition, Contract Management, Warehouse, PO, Item Master, EDI, Job Console).
• Provide functional and technical support across SCM applications, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Design, develop, and maintain functional/technical documentation; lead and participate in unit testing and UAT.
• Deliver end-user training and ongoing support to ensure system adoption; stay current with Infor Cloud Suite updates.
• Partner with IT on integrations, architecture, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Supply Chain Management Analyst to join our IT team. This role requires a strong blend of functional Supply Chain knowledge along with technical expertise within the Infor FSM CloudSuite environment.

This position will support end-to-end SCM systems, including Contract Management, Sourcing and Purchasing, Item Master, Supply Requisition, Warehouse, and other SCM modules. The ideal candidate will play a key role in configuring, implementing, supporting, and optimizing SCM systems while partnering closely with Supply Chain, and other business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient technology solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, implement, and support Infor FSM modules, including Supply Requisition, Contract Management, Warehouse, Purchase Order, Item Master, EDI, Process Server Administrator and Job Console
• Provide functional and technical support, including troubleshooting and resolving issues across Supply Chain applications. Collaborate with Supply Chain teams to gather business requirements, translate, and develop them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain functional and technical documentation. Lead and participate in system testing, including unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT). Support data migration, integration, and system enhancements across SCM systems.
• Deliver end-user training and ongoing support to ensure effective system adoption. Stay current with Infor Cloud Suite updates, features, and best practices. Ensure systems adhere to data security, compliance, and privacy standards. Support cross-functional initiatives impacting Accounts Payables, Warehouse, Contracts Management, Supply Requisition, and Item Master.
• Partner with IT teams on system integrations, architecture, and performance optimization. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across Infor FSM technology.
