Requirements include a Bachelor's in Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, 7+ years of Lean leadership, and Lean/Six Sigma certifications. Strong remote collaboration and change leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in industrial engineering with strong Lean manufacturing leadership.
• Certified Lean Expert or Six Sigma Black Belt is highly desirable.
• Experience leading Kaizen events and VSM workshops.
• Knowledge of MES and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and remote communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement remotely.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and deployment of Lean manufacturing strategies across sites.
• Identify and eliminate waste (muda) in all forms.
• Implement and sustain Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, VSM, Kanban, and Poka-Yoke.
• Develop projects to improve production flow, cycle times, and quality.
• Conduct process analyses and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Train and mentor plant personnel on Lean principles remotely.
• Establish KPIs to track Lean initiatives and progress.
• Collaborate with remote teams, plant managers, and engineers to drive Lean adoption.
• Create documentation including VSMs, standard work, and Kaizen reports.
• Stay updated on Lean advancements and facilitate remote workshops.
