Job summary

As an Incident Response Consultant at Mandiant, part of Google Cloud, you will deliver industry-leading incident response, assessments, and managed detection services. You will perform forensic analysis, threat hunting, and crisis management for high-profile client engagements across cloud and on-premise environments.

Applicants should have extensive incident response and forensic experience, with strong communication skills for stakeholders and leadership. Travel up to 30% is required.

Qualifications

• 8 years end-to-end incident response experience.
• 8 years in network forensics, malware triage, cloud or memory forensics.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident response engagements and threat-hunting operations.
• Perform digital forensics across cloud (GCP) and on-premise environments.
• Draft investigation reports and present findings to clients and leadership.
• Oversee project lifecycle for multiple engagements, including planning and quality control.
