Qualifications

• 10+ years of HVAC/mechanical building systems design experience.
• Experience leading HVAC design for multi-discipline building projects.
• Strong understanding of applicable codes and constructability considerations.

Responsibilities

• Design HVAC systems including ductwork, piping, and equipment sizing/selection.
• Coordinate mechanical design with other teams in a BIM environment.
• Support construction administration including site visits and RFI responses.
