Remote Senior HR Specialist / Personal Assistant

Excellence Services, LLC is looking for a Remote Senior HR Specialist / Personal Assistant in Santa Ana, CA.

Remote (candidates must reside and work within the US)

Full Time (40 hours/week), Non-Exempt, Hourly Position.

Typically Mon~Fri 9:00am~5:30pm, Pacific Time.

$72,800 to $124,800 + Benefits. DOE. & Negotiable.

Up to 20% performance-based Bonus.

About Us:

Excellence Services LLC is a professional private-owned company that provides luxury service for a HNW family exclusively.

Responsibilities:

  1. Communicates with the team to understand the needs of each position.
  2. Drives intensive recruitment methods for deep candidate investigation to ensure all positions are filled with quality hires by the given deadlines.
  3. Handles and manages the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing & screening resumes, conducting interviews & reference checks, initiating background checks, etc.
  4. Evaluates candidates, submits detailed reports, and gives hiring process improvement suggestions.
  5. Conducts the new hire onboarding and training processes.
  6. Leads, trains, and motivates a team of HR specialists in full-cycle recruitment and other HR duties.
  7. Assists the hiring managers with employee performance reviews.
  8. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of recruiting & interviewing experience.
  2. 2+ years of leadership experience in recruiting.
  3. Proficiency in using various interview methods and techniques.
  4. Extensive knowledge and experience in full-cycle recruiting.
  5. Has a Bachelor's or higher degree.
  6. Strong verbal & non-verbal communication skills.
  7. Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  8. Able to work Pacific Time business hours.
  9. Flexible schedule with availability to work overtime and weekends as needed. A 24/7 mentality.
  10. Familiar with California labor laws.
  11. Familiar with G-suite & Mac OS.
  12. Authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for an employment visa.
  13. Able to pass an extensive reference check and background check.
