Job summary

FlexScreen/RiteScreen, the largest independent screen manufacturer in the United States, seeks a Human Resources Director to own total rewards, payroll, and HR strategy. This senior role partners with the CHRO and executives to attract, pay, and develop our growing workforce.

Fully remote, Northeast US-based with roughly 30% travel across our nine facilities. The position requires 10+ years of HR leadership and ADP Workforce Now fluency; SPHR/SHRM-SCP credentials are valued.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership, including open enrollment and board interactions.
• Experience supporting 500+ employees across multiple shifts in manufacturing.
• ADP Workforce Now fluency preferred; SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CEBS, or CPP respected.

Responsibilities

• Own total rewards design, broker and carrier relationships, open enrollment across locations, and ERISA/ACA/ COBRA/ HIPAA compliance.
• Govern multi-state payroll oversight through ADP with controls, tax compliance, and audit discipline, ensuring accurate payroll.
• Own the HRIS (ADP Workforce Now) administration, integrity, security of employee records, and enhancements.
• Shape workforce strategy, compensation philosophy, policy architecture, and organizational design with the CHRO and executives.
• Lead HR managers across sites, setting standards and developing leadership.
• Master multi-state employment law across seven states, including California, ensuring compliance.
