• Manage Project Managers and Associates to ensure quality and deadlines are met.
• Conduct site visits to evaluate plant conditions and recommend renovation scopes.
• Develop and underwrite investment plans for inter-company coordination.
• Present project plans for internal ownership approvals.
• Develop annual capital plan with stakeholders.
