Job summary

Comagine Health is seeking a Senior Consultant to provide advanced healthcare consulting and lead initiatives that improve delivery and outcomes. You will guide projects across clinical operations, public health, and quality improvement, while nurturing client relationships.

You will independently manage complex engagements, mentor team members, and contribute to business development and proposals. This remote role requires collaboration with clients nationwide outside the East Coast.

Qualifications

• Master's degree requirement or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 15+ years in healthcare, clinical care delivery, quality improvement, or related fields.
• 8+ years of healthcare consulting experience.
• Strong communication with executives, clients, healthcare professionals, and stakeholders.
• Ability to lead multiple complex client engagements with minimal oversight.
• Independent, strategic thinker with project leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead advanced healthcare consulting services across multiple client projects.
• Lead client meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Provide expertise in healthcare delivery, clinical operations, public health, and quality improvement.
• Design and implement health system improvement initiatives for better outcomes.
• Manage provider and client engagement, recruitment, and assessment activities.
• Create and deliver educational curricula, training programs, and learning networks.
• Collaborate with partners to build capacity and sustain improvements.
