Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies for high spend product categories with physician preference.
• Lead RFP processes, contract drafting, and vendor negotiations with stakeholder input.
• Collaborate with physicians and operational leaders to ensure financial stewardship and patient outcomes.
• Monitor contract compliance and drive cost reductions through market analysis and negotiations.
• Coordinate with Legal for contract review and risk assessment.
• Provide leadership and guidance to facilities in procurement and supplier utilization.
• Prepare reports and analysis for senior management on spend, savings, and supplier performance.
