Responsibilities

• Advanced vendor relations and contract negotiations; writes, reviews and negotiates agreements.
• Procures difficult purchases including major supplies, prime/vendor agreements, and capital equipment.
• Serves as a product/vendor information resource for facilities and utilization efforts.
• Analyzes product usage for savings; leads equipment implementation procurement projects.
• Provides technical training to purchasing staff and maintains SOPs and PO records.
