Job summary

Cotiviti is seeking a Sales VP to lead a team of field sales executives selling Health Enablement solutions to healthcare payers. The role focuses on building and motivating a high-performing team, closing new logo opportunities, and expanding product adoption across accounts.

You will drive strategy, forecasts, and multi-level relationships with health plan executives, partnering with Product and Marketing to ensure successful launches and renewals. Remote across the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Marketing, Business or related field.
• 7-10 years’ experience prospecting new business accounts and selling software.
• 5+ years leading field sales teams of 5–7 reps.
• Experience selling to Health Plan executives (C-level, SVP, VP).
• Network of Health Plan contacts preferred.

Responsibilities
