Job summary

Alteryx Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, GTM to partner with the global field sales organization and deliver data-driven insights for strategic decisions. You will optimize revenue forecasting, manage headcount planning, and enhance productivity metrics to support our scalable GTM initiatives.

This 100% remote role is preferred for candidates on the East Coast to ensure overlap with global teams and cross-functional support.

Qualifications

5+ years of FP&A experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS/tech environment.
Proven track record of managing complex revenue forecasting and corporate reporting.
Experience supporting a GTM organization as a strategic partner.
Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and lead cross-functional initiatives.
Expert-level proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
Preferred: Alteryx, Salesforce, Tableau; exposure to automation/AI for modeling.
Ability to synthesize complex financial data into executive narratives.

Responsibilities

Act as the Finance Business Partner for the global field sales organization.
Lead top-line forecast reviews with senior sales leadership.
Align quarterly forecasts with revenue operations and FP&A for new/expansion segments.
Lead headcount planning and productivity metrics for sales teams.
Partner with Revenue Ops to support workforce planning for forecasts.
Shape strategic decisions with data-driven narratives for sales leadership.
Collaborate on annual planning with GTM FP&A leadership.
