Job summary

Linktree is seeking a Senior/Staff Product Marketing Manager, Growth to define monetization strategy and bring paid products to market. This is a strategic leadership role shaping long-term positioning, pricing narratives, and GTM for Linktree's paid products and revenue ecosystem.

You'll partner with Product, Growth, Data, Design, Finance, and Executive Leadership to influence monetization strategy from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• 5-12+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Strategy, or related roles with monetization or subscription experience.
• Experience influencing product strategy, pricing, packaging, or monetization decisions for SaaS or consumer tech.
• Deep understanding of subscription metrics (conversion, activation, retention, expansion, ARPU, LTV).
• Strong executive communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Ability to lead ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Define Linktree's revenue product marketing strategy for subscriptions, add-ons, and pricing initiatives.
• Develop positioning and messaging across user segments, markets, and creator verticals.
• Shape GTM strategy and launch readiness for major revenue initiatives across the customer lifecycle.
• Elevate in-product monetization experience with pricing surfaces, upgrade flows, and experiments.
• Lead strategic revenue campaigns for Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and annual plans.
• Shape partner and ecosystem narratives to communicate value to external partners.
• Coach and mentor product marketers and contribute to frameworks and playbooks.
