Oceans Talent is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to join a fast-growing digital operations team. You will own multi-channel visual assets, maintain brand consistency, and deliver high-quality static and motion graphics for paid ads, social, email, and e-commerce touchpoints.

You will report to the Creative Director and collaborate with cross-functional partners, including video editors and performance marketers.

Qualifications

• Proven graphic design experience within DTC, e-commerce, beauty, or consumer goods brands.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva; AI-assisted design and image generation tools preferred.
• Strong background executing creative briefs, managing design templates, and adapting visuals for e-commerce platforms like Amazon PDPs and TikTok Shop.
• High production speed with meticulous visual detail and a collaborative approach to feedback.

Responsabilités

• Maintain visual identity and consistency across digital channels using templates and brand guidelines.
• Design high-converting static and motion ads for paid campaigns; produce variations for testing.
• Create social, email, and landing page visuals that align with campaign goals.
• Develop PDP, Amazon, and TikTok Shop imagery; ensure clear feature communication.
• Generate motion graphics and multiple design variations to prevent fatigue; optimize workflows.
