The ideal candidate brings strong conceptual thinking, excellent design craft, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. They are comfortable balancing multiple projects, maintaining brand consistency, and delivering high-quality work on deadline.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual designs for digital, social, marketing, e-commerce, presentations, and other brand communications.
• Develop concepts and design systems that align with established brand standards and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and cross-functional teams to bring ideas from concept through final production.
• Prepare production-ready files and ensure assets meet technical specifications across channels.
• Manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and design quality.
• Incorporate feedback thoughtfully and contribute creative ideas throughout the design process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional design experience, preferably within an agency, consumer brand, or fast-paced marketing environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concept development, typography, layout, branding, and multi-channel campaign work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; familiarity with Figma is a plus.
• Excellent visual judgment, attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work independently.
• Experience designing for consumer-facing brands, digital channels, and social media is preferred.
