The role blends hands-on design (about 70%) with team leadership (about 30%), reporting to the Creative Director and influencing new business pitches. You will work across brand identity, campaigns, OOH, digital content, and experiential collateral

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years’ experience in a similar Creative role with a track record across digital and print
• Experience leading and mentoring a creative team
• Portfolio showing end-to-end concept to execution across multiple channels
• Advanced fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; familiarity with 3D tools is a plus
