Job summary

Corner Alliance is seeking Merit Reviewers to support a federal grant program focused on broadband deployment on Tribal Land and remote learning, telework, and telehealth initiatives. This temporary role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, with remote work offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of consulting and/or directly relevant industry experience.
• Technical understanding in fiber/wireless/satellite or similar telecommunications tech; broadband design/engineering; distance learning/telehealth/workforce development; digital inclusion program design.

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough, consistent merit review of applications based on established criteria.
• Conduct reviews impartially and objectively.
• Evaluate proposals for value, quality, and likelihood of success.
• Collaborate with team to meet deadlines and ensure quality assurance.
