Polimorphic is seeking a Senior Account Manager for a remote role in the United States. You will own renewal and expansion strategies, drive adoption, and manage executive relationships across a diverse government customer portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in SaaS Account Management.
• Experience owning renewals and expansions for complex multi-stakeholder customers.
• Strong communicator with executive relationship skills.
• Able to lead strategic conversations and align stakeholders around long-term goals.
• Experience using usage data to inform account strategy.
• Volunteer or professional government experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own retention and expansion strategy across your portfolio, driving renewal rates and net revenue adoption.
• Identify, scope, and pursue upsell opportunities using usage data.
• Maintain accurate forecasts for renewals and expansions in Salesforce.
• Build and maintain structured account plans with stakeholders.
• Engage in collaborative strategic planning to drive value over time.
• Own renewal timelines and contract scope to support expansion and goals.
• Lead strategic customer conversations including QBRs to translate outcomes into value.
• Build trusted relationships with department leaders and executives.
• Drive adoption strategy to ensure customers realize platform value.
• Coordinate with TPMs on deployments and renewal timing.
• Provide feedback to influence product roadmap.
