Job summary

Fortrea is seeking a Senior Global Feasibility Lead to join our FSP team on a remote US basis. You will drive strategy, data collection, analysis, and feasibility reporting for complex global trials, collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients to deliver high-impact insights.

The role includes mentoring junior staff, leading cross-functional feasibility efforts, and ensuring rigorous data quality and actionable site selection recommendations, with opportunities for line management.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience mining, manipulating, and presenting complex scientific data for clinical research or market analyses.
• Strong data mining and analytical skills; writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in client-facing meetings (bid defenses, capabilities meetings).

Responsibilities

• Develop and present primary and secondary data analyses for feasibility and site selection.
• Oversee data quality and deliverables; provide QC of team outputs.
• Lead cross-functional feasibility studies and deliver final reports to clients.
• Mentor junior team members and possibly manage junior staff.
• Contribute to proposals, bid defenses, and risk assessments.
