Job summary

Fortrea is seeking a Lead Data Manager support role to review and maintain external vendor data from central laboratories. You will ensure SOPs, guidelines, and global standards uphold data integrity across projects, coordinating with sponsors and vendors.

Responsibilities include data plan development, data edits, QC/UAT, and timely issue resolution while maintaining documentation in study logs and TMF. Strong communication and project management are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in pharma/clinical trials or related industry.
• Experience with external vendor data transfers and data management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with sponsors and vendors across departments.
• Understanding of ICH-GCP principles in data handling.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Vendor Data Plan (VDP) and obtain approvals for TMF filing.
• Collaborate with external vendors and sponsors on milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure transfers meet protocol parameters and populate correctly in data fields.
• Document external data edits and reports, perform QC/UAT checks.
• Review discrepancies and manage data queries to resolution.
