Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Urban Planning, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of GIS, location intelligence, or geospatial analytics experience.
• Experience leading advanced site selection, market, demographic, workforce, or spatial analyses.
• Portfolio or examples of advanced geospatial analysis and data visualization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex location analyses including site selection, workforce analytics, and market assessments.
• Create drive-time, OD, and trade-area analyses to support real estate strategy.
• Develop spatial models and scoring methodologies for location comparisons.
• Integrate data from Esri, Lightcast, and public datasets for client deliverables.
• Translate findings into client-ready maps, dashboards, and narratives.
• Collaborate with brokers and business teams to align analytics with strategy.
