Job summary

Stream Realty Partners seeks a Location Intelligence Advisor to scope projects and deliver polished, brand-consistent client deliverables.

You will lead efforts to establish GIS standards and best practices across the company while performing complex spatial analyses such as drive-time and trade-area studies to support site selection. Remote work flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geography, GIS, or related field.
• 5+ years of GIS experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Esri suite.
• Python or ModelBuilder proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex spatial analyses including drive-time, trade-area, and origin-destination studies.
• Develop weighted suitability models and scoring frameworks for optimal site selection.
