The role is remote with periodic travel to Farmington, CT to participate in in-person events and team meetings.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in Investment Operations/Fund Administration, strong Excel, and fluency with Bloomberg, Simcorp Dimension, and Power BI, plus a drive to automate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Investment Operations/Fund Administration.
• Experience with Bloomberg, Simcorp Dimension, and Power BI.
• Strong Excel skills; Python a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Investment Analysis and Reporting:Prepare reports on the fund's portfolio and oversee annual audit.
• Investor Relations: Handle investor orders and report on activity.
• Fund Accounting: Oversee external accounting team and NAV calculations.
• Investment Compliance: Monitor fund guidelines and internal procedures.
• Investment Operations Support: Assist with reconciliations, trade entry, and settlements.
• Special Projects: Improve cash/investment records and automation.
