Job summary

Aadmi is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer for a fully remote role developing scalable software across the stack. You will lead an engineering team, architect robust systems, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate product needs into secure, high-performance solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience, strong PHP/Laravel or Symfony skills, Node.js, GraphQL, and cloud AWS expertise, plus front-end proficiency in React and modern JS tooling.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in software development.
• Experience leading and mentoring a high-performing team of Software Engineers.
• Track record of delivering complex software projects on time and within budget using Agile.
• Proficiency in PHP and frameworks such as Symfony and Laravel.
• Strong experience with Node.js and server-side frameworks.
• Experience with GraphQL for API development.
• Deep understanding of MySQL, MariaDB, Cassandra, and DynamoDB for performance and data integrity.
• Front-end development with React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, jQuery, TypeScript.
• Expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, ECS, Lambdas, RDS, Fargate).
• RESTful API development and best practices.
• Strong experience with Nginx configuration and optimization.
• Version control with Git and collaborative workflows.
• Proven ability to design and build scalable systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
