Job summary
Ladders is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer for the Client Platform to join a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead initiatives around scalable systems, platform reliability, and business transformation, collaborating with engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- 2+ years of experience designing GraphQL schemas for multi-client products.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and browser APIs.
- Strong foundation in computer science principles.
- Experience with performance diagnostics in production systems.
- Experience in API development with Node.js or similar frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve GraphQL schemas for federated graph.
- Develop and optimize GraphQL APIs and SQL queries.
- Build fast, accessible web applications using React and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with product and design teams on features.
- Use observability tools to diagnose and improve guest experiences.
- Identify and address technical debt and code quality issues.
- Mentor teammates and contribute to a collaborative agile environment.
