Job summary

Boldin is a remote-friendly company building a comprehensive financial planning platform. We’re seeking a Full Stack Engineer to own the top-of-funnel experiences from registration through conversion, spanning frontend React/TypeScript and Rails backend with heavy integrations.

You’ll contribute to payments migration, implement reliable webhook-based integrations, and collaborate with product, design, and analytics to improve funnel performance while maintaining high standards for user

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, primarily backend.
• Strong experience with a server-side framework and relational database (we use Ruby on Rails; comparable experience acceptable).
• Strong experience building webhook-driven, third-party API integrations with failure handling, retries, and idempotency.
• Working proficiency with a modern JS/TypeScript frontend framework (React) when needed.
• Pragmatic focus on user experience in high-stakes flows like signup and payment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain registration, onboarding, checkout, and conversion flows.
• Own integrations across the funnel: payment platforms, lifecycle messaging, and analytics; manage webhooks and gateways.
• Contribute to the payments migration and simplification of multi-gateway billing.
• Work across the stack: React/TypeScript frontend, Rails backend, with robust data/webhook plumbing.
• Collaborate with product/design/engineering to improve top-of-funnel conversion via analytics.
• Write tested, maintainable code and participate in code reviews.
