Job summary

Chexology is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own customer-facing problems end-to-end. You’ll debug across Rails, databases, and third-party integrations, shipping new backend and dashboard features while reducing tech debt.

You’ll collaborate with customers and the success team to ensure reliable, scalable solutions and maintain high standards of code quality. You have 5+ years in production web apps, deep Rails expertise or willingness to deep-dive, and strong integration experience

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and operating production web applications.

Responsibilities

• Own customer-impacting issues end-to-end.
• Debug across the stack: Rails, database, third-party integrations, iOS app.
• Build and maintain our integrations with hotel property management, operations, messaging and payments.
• Ship new backend and web dashboard functionality.
• Strengthen the codebase with better diagnostics and error handling.
• Work directly with customers when it helps and participate in the on-call rotation.
