Cresta is seeking a Senior Frontend Software Engineer to build the web UI for the AI Receptionist platform. You will collaborate with Product, Design, AI/ML, and Platform teams to deliver intuitive interfaces for configuring AI agents, monitoring conversations, and deploying voice experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience delivering production-scale web apps with excellent UX.
• Knowledge of frontend architecture, state management, and build systems.
• Experience integrating with REST, GraphQL, WebSockets, or streaming services.
• Familiarity with Vite, Webpack, Node.js, and modern testing frameworks.
• Ability to influence technical direction and deliver high-quality production code.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver new AI Receptionist frontend capabilities with PMs and designers.
• Build modern, responsive web apps using React and TypeScript.
• Create UX for configuring conversational AI and managing agents.
• Develop reusable UI components and frontend infrastructure.
• Integrate frontends with backend services via REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets.
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to surface LLM-powered features.
• Improve performance, accessibility, and reliability at scale.
• Lead frontend architecture discussions and promote best practices.
• Mentor engineers and participate in design reviews.
