Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create/update business rules to minimize false-positive fraud alerts.
• Coordinate multiple ongoing initiatives and capture project requirements.
• Analyze alerts daily and develop strategies using pattern matching and trends.
• Generate ad hoc data reports for the team.
• Collaborate with technology teams to implement changes and automate processes.
• Ensure data accuracy and controls for business insights across products.
• Develop data governance policies and manage data compliance relationships.
• Escalate and resolve data-related incidents and inquiries to inform decisions.
• Produce product performance reports for senior management.
