Bagel Brands seeks a Senior Manager, Franchise and License Development and Administration to drive the franchise lifecycle from prospecting through approval, contracting, opening, renewal, and transfer. You will coordinate with Legal, IT, Marketing, Operations, and external partners to ensure compliance and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5–7 years of experience in franchise and license development, business development, real estate, deal administration, or a related field.
• Full-cycle deal management experience and coordination of complex documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and follow-up.
• Experience reviewing, managing, or coordinating contracts and legal/business documentation.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines while maintaining accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Manage the franchise development lead database and respond professionally to prospective franchise candidates.
• Oversee disclosure and vetting processes, including financials, background, credit and experience.
• Build relationships with candidates and guide them through development requirements.
• Collaborate across Legal, IT, Marketing, Operations and other stakeholders through evaluation and approval.
• Maintain pipeline visibility for milestones, requirements, and next steps.
• Coordinate preparation and tracking of development/renewal/transfer documents and fees.
• Track development agreements, amendments, and related documents.
• Monitor compliance with development agreements and incentive programs.
• Maintain accurate development territories and vendor relationships.
