Grant Street Group is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for Financial Planning and Analysis in a remote role with light travel. The role focuses on building and refining financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making.

You will play a key role in the annual budget, collaborate with stakeholders, and prepare analyses for leadership and board discussions. You will lead P&L analysis, including COGS and gross margin, and partner with FP&A leadership on profitability,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or closely related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance with full P&L ownership.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, and executive reporting experience.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets with dynamic models, macros, pivots, XLOOKUP, complex formulas.

Responsabilidades

• Build, maintain, and improve financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and decision-making.
• Lead annual budget process with stakeholders; develop revenue and expense projections.
• Prepare financial analysis, reports, and summaries for leaders and board discussions.
• Own P&L analysis including cost of goods sold and gross margin.
• Review work products for quality, consistency, and clarity.
